Our Chef

Shreyash Kulkarni is the Executive Chef and Co-Founder of the Gully Canteen. He opened his first restaurant in Vancouver in 2018, introducing the city to Indian brunch and street food. His culinary skills were quickly recognized by The Globe and Mail ,Georgia Straight and the locals.

Shreyash was always fascinated by how fast Indian street vendors could prep, cook, and deliver their food. This inspired him to leave engineering school and enrol in culinary arts.
